FULBECK PARISH COUNCIL
Members of Fulbeck Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Thursday 11th January 2024 at 7 pm at the Village Hall.
There will be a 15 minute public forum between 7 pm and 7.15 pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is requested during this period.
If any member of the public wishes to raise an issue on any agenda item during the meeting, then they should raise their hand and the Chair may, at her discretion, allow them to speak.

1 Apologies for absence.
2 Any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and consideration of any dispensation requests.
3 Resolution to approve and sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 9th November 2023.
4 Financial matters:
a) Financial reports at 31st December 2023
b) Resolution to ratify payments: Community cleaner £180.68, PCC £400 for grass cutting, LALC for advertising post of Clerk (£60 plus £12 VAT)
c) Discussion and resolution to approve precept amount for 2024-2025 (including village car park)
5 Planning
Planning applications received:
S23/2052/FULL- Erection of a portable toilet block on existing concrete base, clad in Western Red Cedar timber – the Parish Council did not enter any representations with regard to the application.
S23/2193 – Proposed erection of balcony to rear of property at Crantock, North End Lane – the Parish Council did not enter any representations with regard to the application.
Planning applications determined:
S23/1523 – 15-16 Washdyke Lane – proposed extension to form enlarged kitchen/dining room and conversion of outbuilding to form utility and study – (Planning permission granted on 14th December 2023).
S23/1327 – North View, High Street – modify rear extension and associated internal and external alterations, including replacement and refurbished windows – (Planning permission granted on the 14th December 2023).
S23-1328 – North View, High Street – modified rear extension and associated internal and external alterations, including replacement and refurbished windows. (Listed building consent was granted on the 14th December 2023)
6 Highways
To receive any update which is not covered in his report and to consider an agenda request from a local resident regarding the implementation of further speed reduction measures along South Heath Lane. (Cllr A Maughan)
7 Life on the Verge – update by Cllr Siddans
8 Community Resilence – to consider the following:
• Fire Safety
• Flood & Flood Prevention
• Icy Conditions
9 Portfolios for Councillors
To discuss whether Councillors would consider it advantageous to have their own portfolios.
10 Correspondence – to discuss any correspondence that has not been circulated
11 Parish Council Website – to discuss items that could be added to the website as advised by Pete Langford, Webmaster
