S19/0835 – Installation of a biomass boiler within a steel container and 2 No. wood pellet silos (retrospective) at Leather Bottle Farm, Stragglethorpe Lane.  (No representations put forward).

S19/0834 – change of use of land for the siting of caravans for residential purposes for 4 gypsy pitches and associated hardstanding, access and utility blocks, on land Off Bulby Lane.  (Under matters arising).

S19/1029 – To discuss remedial work to roof structure and associated external walling due to roof spread at The Old Farm House, Sudthorpe Hill.  Seeking Listed Building Consent.

b)   Planning Applications Determined

S19/0450 – Erection of barns and stable block on land off Pottergate Road, Fulbeck Heath.  Planning Permission granted.

S19/0456 – Change of use of land to keeping of horses and siting of twin field shelter at Richmond House, Brant Road.  Planning permission granted.

S19/0403/04 – Erection of Balcony at Ermine House, High Street.  Permission granted.
