a)   Planning Applications Received- S19/0006 – change of use of holiday let/guest annexe to single dwelling at Blacksmith’s Yard, Washdyke Lane.

PL/0017-28/19 – Adjacent Parish Council Consultation - development at Mid UK to vary conditions to allow the cleaning of machinery between the hours of 18.00 to 07.00 hours Monday to Friday.

b)   Planning Applications Determined

S18/2034 – Extension to existing storage and distribution building at Hurlingham Estates Ltd.  Approved conditionally.

S19/0058 – non-material amendment including changes to roof to S18/1190 at The Shrubbery, South Heath Lane.  Amendments approved.

9.   Highway Matters

To receive a verbal report on the meeting with Cllr Richard Davies, Portfolio Holder for Highways, Cllr Clio Perraton-Williams, Executive Support, Rowan Smith, Local Highways Manager and CC Maughan.

To discuss the parking of cars down High Street.
