  • Clerk’s Salary – March & April (new rate of pay from April 2019)
  • Gifford’s Recycling Ltd – Cushion floor and delivery for Play Area -  £1584 including VAT
  • Simpsons Arboculture Ltd – 2 invoices for work to Oak Tree on Playing Field - £11280 including VAT
  • Wickes, Grantham – Gravel boards and ancillary products to finish Play Area - £776.30 including VAT

d)   Payments received:

  • Commercial Clean – 

e)   Approval of Annual Return – Section 1 of the Annual Return (The Annual Governance Statement) must be approved before Section 2.  To approve the Certificate of Exemption.

8.   Planning Matters

a)   Planning Applications Received – S19/0402 Change of use from paddock land to residential garden at Cherry Trees, South Heath Lane.  No objections were put forward.

S19/0458 – Change of use of Land to storage of materials and siting of open storage building at Richmond House, Brant Road.  Representations were put forward that the Parish Council objects very strongly to the assumption that retrospective planning will be granted.

S19/0403/4 – Addition of Balcony at Ermine House, High Street.  No objections were put forward.

S19/0456 – Change of Use of Land to Keeping of horses and siting of twin field shelter at Richmond House.  No objects were put forward.

S19/0450 – Erection of barns and stable block – Land off Pottergate Road, Fulbeck Heath.  No objections were put forward.

b)   Planning Applications Determined – S19/0255 – Conversion of residential storage buildings into habitable accommodation at Beck Farm, The Barn.

S19/0425 – Fell Ash due to Ash Die back disease at Orchard Cottage, Washdyke Lane

9.   Highway Matters

To note temporary road closure – Pottergate Road (Between A17 & South Heath Lane).  Closure one day between 3rd June and 14th June 2019.

To note two notifications have been sent to LCC via FixMyStreet.  One outside Manor Cottages and the other outside the Reading Rooms.

To consider a request from Caythorpe Parish Council to contribute towards the cleaning of the footpath along the A607 from Fulbeck Boundary.  The cost from Caythorpe to the Fulbeck boundary would be £350.

11.  To consider request from The Salvation Army to see if the Council would be open to the possibility of siting a Salvation Army Clothing Bank in Fulbeck.

12.  The use of domestic CCTV systems – to discuss a complaint that has been received
