FULBECK PARISH COUNCIL
Members of Fulbeck Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 4th July 2022 at 7.30 pm in the Village Hall.
There will be a 15 minute public forum between 7.30 pm and 7.45 pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is requested during this period.
If any member of the public wishes to raise an issue on any agenda item during the meeting, then they should raise their hand and the Chair may, at her discretion, allow them to speak.

2. Any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism act 2011 and consideration of any dispensation requests.
3. County and District Councillor reports.
4. Resolution to approve and sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 16th May 2022.
5. Financial matters:
[a] Financial reports at 31.5.22 (previously circulated).
[b] To note receipt of VAT refund £292.33 and SKDC Community Cleaner grant £231.66.
[c] Resolution to ratify payments of:
£11.98 internal audit “payment”;
£27.60 LALC training;

£369.52 – salary, expenses and PAYE;

6. Planning:
Planning applications received:
S22/1012 – Erection of a single storey front extension at Pear Tree Cottage, Washdyke Lane.
S22/1041 – Felling tree at North View, High Street
S22/1167 – Various tree works at The Russets, Washdyke Lane.
Planning applications determined:
S21/1974 – erection of 12 dwellings on South Heath Lane – refused.
Discuss the way the PC handled this presentation. (Cllr Fane).
S22/0495 – Tree work at Fulbeck Manor – allowed.
S22/0618 – Replacement windows at Manor Farm House – refused.
Notice of Appeal:
S19/0834 – any update on removal of remaining items on site (Cllr Milnes)
7. Highways: (Cty Cllr A Maughan)
Update on 20 mph speed limits and various signage (Cllr A Maughan).
Update on signage on A17 re presence of deer (Cllr A Maughan).
Condition of Brant Road (Cllr A Maughan).
Archer survey request for Rectory Lane (Cllr A Maughan).
8. Trees – Planning consent for felling of the Malus is in and we await the outcome.
Resolution regarding works required to oak tree on Northend Green.
9. Benches – update on safety check of bench near the bus stop opposite Ashers. Housing Team at SKDC will look at bench near old peoples bungalows.
10. New swing for play area: Now in place.
11. The Village Green – update on removal of advertising flag and existing A-board, and replacement with original A-board.
12. Newsletter – PC report – Either full draft Minutes to go in from Clerk OR Clerk to do a precis. Discussion and resolution.
13. E-mail policy:
Cllrs. Fane and Hughes need to update their email addresses from personal ones to Council ones.
14. Financial Regulations – already circulated. Resolution to adopt.
15. Queens Platinum Jubilee: any final comments on this event? Letters of thanks have already been sent.
16. Gigabit Voucher Scheme: (Cty Cllr A Maughan)
Update by County Councillor.
17. Correspondence for circulation – there is none.
18. Date of next meeting : 5th September 2022.
19. Resolution to go into closed session if required: this will be necessary if there are matters which if publicly disclosed might reasonably prejudice the effective discharge of this Council’s functions and/or be confidential in nature including complaints against the Council or a code of conduct complaint.
