Members of Fulbeck Parish Council are hereby summoned, and members of the public are invited, to attend an Extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 27th October 2025 at 7.00pm at the Village Hall.
Before the meeting, a period of up to 15 minutes will be allowed for members of the public to raise matters relating to the agenda. Councillors are also asked to attend this session.

AGENDA
Welcome and open the Council meeting.
25/26/080 Identify new Chair for the Parish Council, followed by candidates and approve co-option to the two Casual Vacancy Councillor positions and where appropriate complete necessary forms.
25/26/081 Suspend Standing Orders to allow the Public Forum (limited to no more than 15 minutes).
25/26/082 Receive County and District Councillor reports and reinstate Standing Orders.
25/26/083 Receive and approve any apologies for absence.
25/26/084 Receive disclosures of interests from Councillors on matters at this meeting.
POLICY & PROCESS
25/26/085 Agree to adopt new IT Policy required by External Auditor.
25/26/086 Discuss and confirm the relationship between the Parish Council and the Village Hall & Playing Field Committee.
25/26/087 Agree formation of Staffing Committee to previous Terms of Reference and allocate members.

i) S25/0994 - 19 Washdyke Lane, Fulbeck, NG32 3LB - To replace existing south elevation UPVC faux diamond lead windows with UPVC wood finish Georgian bar windows keeping the same size and openings. To replace existing south elevation white UPVC door with composite wood finish door. To remove glass and door from south elevation porch, leaving wood pillars on stone walls. [Approved]

Change external finish to the west gable of extension from part render and part timber cladding to be all timber cladding. [Approved]
