May 2023 Minutes Annual Parish Council Meeting
NOTES of the ANNUAL MEETING OF FULBECK PARISH COUNCIL held at 7 pm on Monday 15th May 2023 at The Village Hall, Fulbeck.
Present: Gary Greenhalgh (in the Chair), Cllrs June Hutchinson, Jane Hodcroft, Peter Hughes, Alix Fane and Nick Harrison. Ollie Crowder and Rosie Siddans were also present and seven members of the public.
1. Cllrs Hutchinson, Hodcroft, Hughes, Fane and Harrison signed their Declarations of Acceptance of Office.
2. Gary Greenhalgh then asked for nominations for the position of Chair of the PC and Cllr Hughes nominated Cllr Hutchinson – this was unanimously agreed and Cllr Hutchinson signed her Declaration of Acceptance of Office for Chair. She then took her position as Chair.
3. Nominations were then sought for Vice Chair and Cllrs Hutchinson and Hodcroft proposed Cllr Hughes – he accepted the position and signed his Declaration of Acceptance of Office as Vice Chair.
4. Cllr Hughes was proposed as representative of the Village Hall and Playing Field Committee and he accepted.
5. It was resolved to co-opt Ollie Crowder and Rosie Siddans and they each signed their Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
The meeting closed at 7.10 pm
