FULBECK PARISH COUNCIL
Members of Fulbeck Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 15th May 2023 at approximately 7.45 pm in the Committee Room at the Village Hall.
There will be no public forum as we will have just held the Annual Parish Meeting.

1. Apologies for absence.
2. Any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism act 2011 and consideration of any dispensation requests.
3. Resolution to approve and sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 6th March 2023.
4. Financial matters:
[a] Financial reports at 28.2.23 and 31.3.23 (previously circulated).
[b] Resolution to ratify payments of: Salary and expenses £773.15; Community Cleaner £164.72 ; PCC grant £400.; ICO sub £35; LALC sub £166.88 and Icloud renewal £50.

PL/0137/LCC – Application for works at Recycling Site, Caythorpe Heath Lane – approved.
Notices of Appeal: S19/0834 – any update on removal of remaining items on site
S22/0688 – replacement windows at Manor Farm House.
7. Highways: (Cty Cllr A Maughan)
Update on signage on A17 re presence of deer and on fly-tipping at Pottergate Lane (Cllr A Maughan).
8. Re-wilding - any update.
9. Village Hall Green – resolution to agree that Cllr Fane takes ownership of the Village Hall Green including grass-cutting and tree management. Resolution to agree that our grass-cutter will cut three pockets of land that Cllr Hughes has been cutting, instead of the Village Hall Green – there is no extra cost involved.
10. Noticeboard at Hare & Hounds – Clerk to check if any funding available for new noticeboard.
11. Dog fouling –are new notices in place?
12. VETS – this was being looked into by Anne Watler – Clerk to see if any update.
13. Correspondence – New Councillor training course – Carlton Scroop 3.7.23 (6-9 pm)
14. Date of next meeting : 3rd July 2023 (check if 7 or 7.30 pm).
15. Resolution to go into closed session: to discuss matters of a confidential nature if required.
