2. Nominations for appointment of a Chairperson and signature of Acceptance of Office.

4. Appointment of Village Hall and Playing Field representative.
5. Resolution to co-opt Ollie Crowder and Rosie Siddans.
6. Signature of Acceptance of Office by Ollie Crowder and Rosie Siddans.
