2.  Adjournment of business for public questions and comments.

3.  Apologies for absence and declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011. Consider any applications for dispensations in relation to disclosable pecuniary and/or prejudicial beneficial interests.

4.   To consider and sign the minutes from the previous Extra ordinary Parish Council meeting, held on Monday 21st June, 2021.

  • Resident form Welbourne - Concerns about collisions with deer on the A17, Fane’s Gorse, Fulbeck Parish.

  • London Hearts - Offer of a grant of a minimum of £200 towards defibrillators for councils.

10. To discuss whether to place more dog waste bins around the village.

  1. If agreed; discuss the number of dog waste bins, the location of each bin.

  2. Discuss the cost of the installation/maintenance/emptying of the bins.

11. To discuss whether the Parish Council agrees to place a link on the Parish website to the, ‘Fulbeck and Local and Employment Needs Survey for Fulbeck Parish’.

12. To resolve whether to adopt the following policies and procedure:

  1. Communications Policy.

  2.  Social media policy.

  3. Complaints procedure.

13. To receive  the Tree Inspection Report and consider the three quotes to carry out the required work. 

14. To consider the change of meeting day from the second Monday of the month to the first Monday of the month.

15. To consider whether to join the LALC training scheme. (ATS Fees £85 + VAT) Current fee for 4 courses for the year are: £90 + VAT.

16. To receive an update on the Tree Preservation Order project.

17. To discuss the damage to the war memorial, and consider the action to be taken to repair it.

18. To consider the offer of funding for play equipment for tenagers on the playing field.

19. To receive the 2021 ROSPA play park report and consider the action to be taken.
