Prescription Collection and Delivery Service Update
Following the announcement of the latest Lockdown we have been speaking with Caythorpe surgery and have fully re-launched the Fulbeck prescription collection and delivery service.
To ensure that contact is kept to a minimum we will be offering this service on Tuesday and Friday each week. However, if your prescription is urgent please let me know.
Existing users: Please note that your consent forms are still valid, just give me a call on the number below and we will collect and deliver your prescriptions as before on one of the days indicated above.
For new users: Please contact the surgery in your usual manner to request your medication then contact me on the number below, I will give you a consent form which gives me permission to collect prescriptions on your behalf (you will only need to do this once). We will then collect and deliver your prescriptions on one of the days indicated above.
Please note that this is a completely confidential service. At no point do we have sight of your medication or share your information with anybody else.
