PARISH COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA – Monday 6th July at 7.30 pm

This meeting will be conducted via video-conferencing due to the COVID-19 Pandemic social distancing restrictions.

There will be an opportunity for public contributions before the meeting commences, but this will be restricted, on this occasion, to a maximum of 10 minutes in total.  Contributions during the agenda will not be practical.  Any members of the parish wishing to e-attend should contact Simon Caunt at simon.caunt@gmail.com no later than 3rd July so e-meeting and ID password can be confidentially provided to individuals.

3.   To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Local Government Act 2000

4.   Notes of the last meeting held on the 9th March 2020 to be approved as minutes.  (Already circulated)

5.   To ratify the continuation of the Chair and the Vice-Chair until normal service resumes

6.   To ratify the delegated powers to the Clerk/RFO in conjunction with the Chair and Vice-Chairman

a)   To receive an up-date on the ditch in Beck Lane

b)   To ratify the following payments and to approve the increase in the National Living Wage from £8.21 to £8.72 for the Litter Picker.  This was effective from 1st April 2020 (attached)

f)   To read out, fill in and sign Section 1 – Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) 2019/20.

  • S20/0911 – Prune back to boundary – Yew – at Keepers Cottage, North End Lane
  • S20/0875 – Erection of two replacement poultry buildings, associated feed bins and control room at Leather Bottle Farm.

b)   Planning Applications Determined

  • S19/0457 – Change of use of storage building to maintenance and storage of motor racing vehicles at Richmond House, Brant Road.  Planning permission granted 18th March 2020
  • S19/0458 – Change of use of land to storage of materials and siting of open storage building at Richmond House, Brant Road.  Planning permission granted 19th March 2020
  • S20/0598 – To carry out tree work at Fulbeck Hall, Lincoln Road.  Work allowed 22nd May 2020.
  • S20/0602 – To reduce in height and width a yew at Ermine Cottage, Washdyke Lane.  Work allowed 1st June 2020
  • S20/0628 – Erection of single storey dwelling - resubmission for S19/1125 –on land adjacent to Shalom, South Heath Lane.  Planning permission grated 10th June 2020.

c)   Planning Appeal – S19/0834 – Change of use of land for siting of caravans off Bulby Lane – still not held due to pandemic.

d)   To note that a large extension is being built on a recently new building at Richmond House and decide upon any action.
