3.   To receive declaration of interest in accordance with the Local Government Act 2000

4.   Notes of the last meeting held on 6th January 2020 to be approved as minutes.  (Enclosed)

6.  Reports on matters outstanding

a)   Ash Close, Bulby Lane – to receive an up-date on progress.  Also to note that the dyke has been dug out down Bulby Lane but the road is still liable to flooding

b)  Beck Lane – to receive an up-date on progress

c)   Speed Camera – to ascertain if a date has been received for installation and ascertain if there was a timescale for the 30mph painted circles on the road.

d)   To note that the Brandon Wood Clay Shooting Ground has submitted another application S20/098 to extend the number of shooting days from 28 to 150 and that the Parish Council have submitted their objections on the same lines as they did when the Appeal was pending.

e)   To ascertain progress on HGV and Village Signs.

e)   To agree and confirm the appointment of a new internal auditor as circulated by PC Sampson

8.   Planning Matters

a)   Planning Applications received – S20/0204 – Reduce silver Birch at Church View Cottage, The Green.  No objections were put forward

b)   Planning Applications determined – S19/1984 – Certificate of Lawful use or Development (proposed) at Don Ley, Sudthorpe Hill

c)   Planning Appeal APP/E253/W/19/3240125 – Change of use of land for the siting of caravans for residential purposes for 4 gypsy pitches and associated hardstanding, access and utility blocks on Lane off Bulby Lane.  To note the date of the Appeal is 1st April and to appoint a representative from the Parish Council to speak.
