Model Publication Scheme

Information available from Fulbeck Parish Council under the model publication scheme

Class 1 – Who we are and what we do

As shown on previous page.

Class 2 – What we spend and how we spend it

The annual auditor’s report is displayed at the time on the notice board.

Month by month income and expenditure details can be found within the latest minutes.

Council accounts can be viewed by arrangement with clerk.

Please note that Councillors receive no allowances.

Class 3 – What are our priorities and how we are doing

The basic aim of the Council is to preserve Fulbeck as a beautiful place to live.

With outstanding help from the Lincolnshire Director of Highways, 2008 has seen major recurbing, resurfacing and general up keeping work on our roads.

In addition, the Village Pump House has received a much needed new roof, thanks to a collection suggested and originated by the Fulbeck Newsletter.

Class 4 – How we make decisions

All decisions are made by majority vote.

Meetings are advertised a week ahead of time on the Council notice board and the Agenda for the meeting is displayed.

Notes of proceedings at the previous meeting will also be shown. As soon as these notes have been agreed as minutes and signed by the chairman, they are displayed as such.

Class 5 – Our policies and procedures

Each councillor, on election, is presented with their own copy of Fulbeck Parish Council Standing Orders, The Good Councillor’s Guide, and a pocket Code of Conduct.
